One Window Facilitation Desks for Overseas Pakistanis


The Honorable Federal Ombudsman of Pakistan, Mr. M. Salman Faruqui NI, has established the Grievance Commissioner Cell for Overseas Pakistanis in Federal Ombudsman Secretariat by appointing Hafiz Ahsaan Ahmad Khokhar Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan, Senior Advisor Law/Registrar as Grievance Commissioner for Overseas Pakistanis under Section (7) of the Federal Ombudsman Institutional Reforms Act, 2013, to address the individual and systematic issues of the Overseas Pakistanis related to the Federal Government Ministries, Departments, Organizations and Agencies.

پاکستان کے معزز وفاقی محتسب مسٹر سلمان فاروقی این ائی نے وفاقی محتسب سیکرٹریٹ میں سمندر پار پاکستانیوں کے لئے شکایت کمشنر سیل قائم کیا ہے۔اس سیل کو 2013 وفاقی محتسب ادارتی اصلاحات کے ایکٹ کی دفعہ 7 کے مطابق رجسٹر/سینئر مشیرقانون چلائیں گے۔ حافذ احسن احمد کھوکھر ایڈوکیٹ سپریم کورٹ اآف پاکستان کا تقرر کیا گیا تاکہ وفاقی سرکاری وزارتوں، محکموں، تنظیموں اور ایجنسیوں سے متعلق بیرون ملک مقیم پاکستانیوں کے انفرادی اور منظم مسائل کو حل کر سکے۔ وفاقی محتسب اور شکایت کمشنر

Q    How to complain? 

A      i)   Visit OEC

        ii)  Post your complain to OEC

        iii) Visit Airport facilitation desk of OEC

        vi)  Lodge your complain online 

        (A complaint must be made by the aggrieved person himself/herself) 

Q    What information/material is required when lodge a complain? 

A      Complete scenario alongwith Relevant documents/evidences.


Q    What assistance is available to people who want lodge a complain? 

A      Aggrieved person can get information/assistance easily from OEC facilitation desk(s)


Q    How the complaint will be processed? 

A      Complaints will be examined/processed by the focal person of OEC and will be brought into the knowledge of         Managing Director of OEC for prompt solution of the problem.

        (All complaints will be handled in the strictest confidence and thecomplainants will be informed of the

        results of their complaints)
