MoC Signing Ceremony held at M/o OP&HRD on 26th April 2021 between OEC and InterSES for marketing human resources of Pakistan in Japan. Honorable Sayed Zulfikar Abbas Bukhari, Special Assistant to Prime Minister on OP&HRD and Ambassador of Japan to Pakistan graced the occasion with their presence in the signing ceremony. The initiative would help to develop direct linkages between Japanese employers and prospective employees.
